# LandingAI

> LandingAI makes Agentic Document Extraction (ADE), a set of document processing APIs based on proprietary AI models that convert complex, real-world documents into accurate, structured data for enterprise teams in document-intensive industries.

ADE is designed for organizations that process high volumes of complex documents — insurance claims, loan files, medical records, regulatory submissions, contracts, shipping records, and more. It handles document types and layouts that break traditional OCR and template-based systems: dense tables spanning multiple pages, handwriting, stamps, signatures, checkboxes, mixed file types (PDFs, images, spreadsheets, slides), and documents exceeding 1,000 pages.

Key capabilities include visual grounding with bounding-box citations (every extracted field is traceable to its exact location in the source document), confidence scoring, and schema-driven extraction that requires no templates or model training. These features make ADE well-suited for regulated industries where accuracy, auditability, and compliance are requirements, not nice-to-haves.

ADE is delivered as an API built for high-volume production workflows, with SDK support and VPC deployment options for organizations with strict data residency or security requirements.
